Gridwise Support

Gridwise is a daily logic puzzle game for iPhone with three puzzles: Stars, Binary and Path. Here are answers to the most common questions.

How do I play?

Each mode has a short interactive tutorial the first time you open it. You can replay it any time from Settings → How to play.

I bought Gridwise Pro but it isn't unlocked

Open Settings in Gridwise and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with. Gridwise Pro also works for Family Sharing members.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Will I lose my streak if I change phones?

Progress is stored only on your device, so it isn't transferred to a new phone unless you restore from an iCloud or computer backup.

Gridwise collects no personal data. Read the privacy policy.
